Trimble (TRMB) said Thursday it received a delisting notice from Nasdaq on Nov. 13 due to delays in filing three quarterly financial reports.
The company said it missed the Nov. 11 deadline, previously extended by Nasdaq, for submitting reports for the quarters ended March 29, June 28, and Sept. 27.
Trimble plans to appeal Nasdaq's determination before a hearing panel, seeking a stay on suspension or delisting during this process.
Trimble, along with its auditor Ernst & Young, is working to complete an assessment of internal financial controls, the company added.
Trimble shares were down 2.4% in premarket trading.
