Pitney Bowes (PBI) said Wednesday it reached an agreement in principle with its former global e-commerce unit, DRF Logistics, to resolve ongoing disputes with an official committee of unsecured creditors.
Pitney Bowes said it expects the resolution to help keep DRF's exit on track to completion by the end of the year. It is also targeting $150 million in one-time costs from the wind down.
