Civmec (ASX:CVL) won an award for the design and construction works for the delivery of a new major ship loader, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The award covers the design, fabrication, preassembly, shipping, and installation activities of a replacement machine, the filing said.
The total project value for the machine is expected to range from AU$90 million to AU$100 million, with handover scheduled for 2028.
The construction and engineering services provider said delays in the timing of key project awards from the first half to the second half of 2025 will result in lower levels of activity during the third quarter and potentially the fourth quarter.
The company's shares were down almost 2% in recent Thursday trade.
