Goodman Property Trusts' Revenue Up 13% in Fiscal H1

Goodman Property Trust (NZE:GMT) reported revenue of NZ$134.8 million in the fiscal first half ended Sept.30, up 13% from NZ$ 119.5 million in the same period a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.

Cash earnings per unit rose to NZ$0.0374, up 2.5% from NZ$0.0365 per unit a year earlier.

Goodman Property Trust reaffirmed its full-year cash earnings guidance of NZ$0.075 per unit and full-year distribution of NZ$0.065 per unit, the filing said.

The trust declared a second-quarter distribution of NZ$0.0163 per unit. The record date for the distribution is Nov. 28 and will be paid on Dec. 12.

The company's shares were down almost 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
