** FLEX shares within spitting distance of record intraday high of $40.30 hit on Nov 11 ** Co to replace Azenta Inc in IDX effective Mon, Nov 25, the S&P Dow Jones Indices said

** Life sciences firm AZTA to replace Envestnet in S&P SmallCap 600 . AZTA shares up 8.8% to $44.50 premarket ** Bain Capital acquiring software vendor ENV in $4.5 bln deal expected to close soon

** With ~387.8 mln shares outstanding, Flex has ~$14.5 bln market cap, per LSEG

** Through Tues, stock up ~68% in 2024 and closed at $19.31 a yr ago
