"Inevitably AI comes into the conversation too--with its artificial intelligence assistant Sage Copilot rolled out to a greater proportion of its customer base." The uncertain environment may hit small and medium-sized businesses, Mould says. However, the accounting-software specialist says they remain resilient, he adds.
