Image credit: CnEVPost)\nHuawei's HIMA (Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance) business will almost double the number of models available next year, and will launch a model to compete with Li Auto's (NASDAQ: LI) Li L9, according to a local media report.\nHIMA's available models will exceed 10 next year, almost doubling from the current six, local media outlet 36kr said in a report yesterday.\nNext year's models under the HIMA umbrella will include the M5, M7, M8 and M9 under the Aito brand, the S9 and its extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) variant under the Stelato brand, the S7 and R7 under the Luxeed brand, as well as the Maextro S800 and the second Maextro model.\n\n\nJoin us on \nTelegram\n or \nGoogle News\n\n\n\nBy comparison, the six models currently on sale under the HIMA business include Aito's M5, M7 and M9, Luxeed's S7 and R7, and Stelato's S9.\nAito is a joint brand between Huawei and Seres Group, Stelato is a joint brand between the tech giant and BAIC.
