Labcorp Holdings' top finance executive, Glenn Eisenberg, is retiring from the provider of laboratory services.

LabCorp on Tuesday said Julia Wang, who most recently served as finance chief of oncology company BeiGene, will succeed Eisenberg as executive vice president and chief financial officer on Dec. 2.

Labcorp said Eisenberg, who has been in his post since 2014, will remain with the Burlington, N.C., company as a special adviser through April 2025 to assist with the transition.

Labcorp said Wang, 54 years old, will receive an annual base salary of $725,000, a $400,000 sign-on bonus and an annual bonus with a target of 100% of her base pay.
