DexCom (DXCM) and OURA said Tuesday they are partnering to integrate glucose monitoring data from Dexcom devices with biometric insights from the Oura Ring to support the management of metabolic health.
Financial terms were not provided.
The companies said the collaboration will allow data sharing between Dexcom's glucose biosensors and apps and OURA's smart ring and app, giving users a comprehensive view of health metrics, including sleep, stress, and activity.
The companies said they plan to co-market their products, with the first app integration expected in the first half of 2025.
Dexcom is also investing $75 million in OURA's series D funding, which values the health technology company at over $5 billion, according to the combined statement.
