China Everbright Bank (HKG:6818, SHA:601818) has applied to list two series of bonds on the Hong Kong stock exchange under its $6 billion medium term note program, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The bonds comprise $300 million of floating rate bonds due 2027 and 1.5 billion yuan of 2.45% bonds maturing in 2026.
The listing of and permission to deal in the bonds is expected to become effective on or around Wednesday, Nov. 20, the lender stated.
