Kingsoft Arm to Provide Advertisement Services to Xiaomi Singapore via Apps

Kingsoft's (HKG:3888) Singapore-incorporated step-down subsidiary Kingsoft Office Software agreed to provide overseas advertising services to Xiaomi's (HKG:1810) subsidiary Xiaomi Technologies Singapore, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the agreement, Kingsoft Office Software, or KOSC, will provide advertising services to Xiaomi Singapore on its digital applications.

KOSC will also provide all of the advertising traffic of its overseas version of the application to Xiaomi Singapore. In turn, Xiaomi Singapore will provide free factory pre-installation services for KOSC's WPS Office for Android App on overseas mobile devices.

The annual caps set for the agreement are $3.0 million for 2024 and $8.0 million for 2025.
