HCW Biologics (HCWB) and WY Biotech said they struck a licensing deal to develop and commercialize one of the former's immunotherapeutic product candidates.

Under the terms, HCW Biologics will receive a $7 million upfront payment from WY Biotech, and the latter will cover all expenses such as research and development, manufacturing, and clinical development, the companies said Monday.

Shares catapulted 376% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 473.2 million from a daily average of about 49,000.

Eco Wave Power Global (WAVE) said Monday it received the final nationwide permit from the US Army Corps of Engineers for an energy project at AltaSea's premises at the Port of Los Angeles.

Shares soared 37% as intraday trading volume advanced to more than 504,000 from a daily average of about 58,000.

U.S. Gold (USAU) said its unit received final permit approval from the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality air quality division, clearing the way for developing the CK gold project.

Shares advanced 10% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 449,000 from a daily average of about 94,000.
