MT Newswires Live11-18

NVIDIA's (NVDA) new Blackwell AI chips are having problems with accompanying servers that overheat, Reuters reported Sunday, citing the Information.

This comes despite the chipmaker asking its suppliers to change the design of the server racks many times to solve the overheating issues, according to Nvidia employees, as well as customers and suppliers, the report said.

Nvidia had earlier said it will ship the Blackwell chips in Q2 before encountering delays.

The company did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment on the matter.
