ServiceNow (NOW) said Tuesday it has expanded its collaboration with Microsoft (MSFT) to modernize front-office business processes with Microsoft Copilot and ServiceNow artificial intelligence agents.
Copilot will use intelligent automation to streamline user tasks, while ServiceNow AI agents will orchestrate workflows to provide responses to complex issues in real time, ServiceNow said.
The company said the expanded partnership builds on the existing ServiceNow Now Assist and Microsoft 365 Copilot integration, which streamlines workflows and allows self-service capabilities within applications of Microsoft.
