A-Smart Holdings (SGX:BQC) decided to terminated its memorandum of understanding with EMG Unipessoal, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
In a filing from July 29, the print manufacturing company had entered a joint venture partnership to develop and maximize the potential of a piece of state land granted to EMG by the government of Timor-Leste.
However, the company has decided not to further the partnership since it does not align with its strategic objectives.
