Tuya (HKG:2391) sold 13% of its shares held by global venture capital company New Enterprise Associates to Singapore-based investment platform 65 Equity Partners, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
65 Equity Partners is wholly-owned by Singaporean wealth management company Temasek.
Shares in Tuya closed 7% higher during Tuesday's trading.
