China's Golden Heaven Group (GDHG) disclosed Tuesday an agreement under which certain investors have agreed to purchase 20 million of its Class A ordinary shares in a private placement for $25.2 million.

Shares slumped past 26% as intraday trading volume reached more than 264,000 versus the stock's daily average of 267,000.

Incyte (INCY) said late Monday that it plans to pause enrollment in the phase 2 study of MRGPRX2 in chronic spontaneous urticaria amid "certain in-vivo preclinical toxicology findings."

The company also said data from a phase 2 study into cholestatic pruritus doesn't support further development.

Shares retreated 9.8% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 7.7 million from a daily average of roughly 1.92 million.

Shares of H&R Block (HRB) and Intuit (INTU) fell following a Washington Post report that the leaders of President-elect Donald Trump's "Department of Government Efficiency" have discussed the creation of a mobile app for Americans to file their taxes for free with the IRS, Bloomberg reported.

The Washington Post article cited two people who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe private conversations.

Shares of Intuit fell 5.6% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 1.7 million, versus a daily average of about 1.39 million.
