Super Micro Computer appoints BDO as independent auditor, files Nasdaq compliance planNov 18 (Reuters) - Super Micro Computer SMCI.O has appointed BDO USA as its independent auditor, the AI server maker said on Monday, adding that it has also submitted a plan with the Nasdaq seeking additional time to regain compliance.
Shares of the company were 15% higher in extended trading.
