Super Micro Computer Submits Nasdaq Compliance Plan

Dow Jones11-19

By Connor Hart

Super Micro Computer has submitted a compliance plan with the Nasdaq Capital Market in support of its request for a time extension to regain compliance with the market's continued listing requirements.

The server maker in its filing on Monday said it believes it will be able to complete its annual report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year ended June 30, as well as its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended Sept. 30, within the discretionary period available to the Nasdaq staff to grant.

To complete these filings the company's board has engaged BDO USA, a member firm of BDO International, as its independent auditor.
