Lions Gate Entertainment

Liberty 77 Capital increased its stake in the entertainment studio to 14,350,345 shares. Liberty 77 did so through the purchase of 500,000 Lions Gate shares from Nov. 8 through Nov. 13 at prices ranging from $7.40 to $7.70 each. Following the latest purchases, Liberty 77 Capital owns 17.2% of Lions Gate's outstanding stock. Shares have lost over a third of their value year to date.

Adecoagro

Tether Holdings raised its stake in the agricultural company to 19,572,236 shares. Tether Holdings purchased 2,772,646 Adecoagro shares from Oct. 21 through Nov. 18 at prices ranging from $10.70 to $11.50 each. Tether revealed an initial stake of 10,048,249 Adecoagro shares that it purchased from July 29 through Aug. 16 at prices ranging from $9.45 to $11.66 each, and it purchased an additional 6,751,341 shares from Sept. 3 through Oct. 18 at prices ranging from $11 to $11.91 each. Following the latest purchases, Tether owns a 19.4% stake in Adecoagro, which owns farmland and industrial facilities in Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay.

Peabody Energy

Thomist Capital Management slashed its stake in the metallurgical and thermal-coal producer to 2,488,201 shares. Thomist Capital did so through the sale of 3,905,971 Peabody Energy shares from Oct. 25 through Nov. 12 at prices ranging from $24.73 to $28.76 each. Following the latest sales, Thomist Capital Management now owns 2% of Peabody Energy's outstanding shares, placing them below the 5% threshold that would require them to report further Peabody Energy sales. Peabody Energy stock has gained roughly 8.5% so far this year. Shares of Peabody Energy, along with those of the rest of the coal sector, soared after Donald Trump won the presidential election. Trump's victory could extend the life of coal plants for years because he plans to throw out the Biden administration's environmental rules on the fossil fuel.

Bel Fuse

Gamco Investors decreased its stake in the maker of electronic components to 176,638 Class A shares. Gamco Investors did so through the sale of 27,858 Class A Bel Fuse shares from Nov. 7 through Nov. 14 at prices ranging from $92.52 to $104.34 each. Following the latest sales, Gamco Investors continues to own 8.4% of Bel Fuse's outstanding Class A stock. Shares of Bel Fuse have gained nearly 45% year to date.

Payoneer Global

TCV (Technology Crossover Management) lowered its stake in the digital-payments company to 34,197,116 shares. TCV did so through the sale of 7,500,000 Payoneer shares on the open market on Nov. 11 at a price of $10.32 per share. Following the sale, TCV continues to own 9.6% of Payoneer Global's outstanding stock. Shares of Payoneer have more than doubled in price so far this year.
