Cyprium Metals (ASX:CYM) signed a binding contract to sell its surplus generators to USP&E North America for $6.1 million, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company has already received a non-refundable deposit of $600,000, the filing stated. The balance will be received upon the removal of the unit from the site, which is expected on or around Feb. 14, 2025.
The copper company's shares were up nearly 6% in recent Friday trade.
