MT Newswires Live11-22

Bit Origin (BTOG) said Thursday it has been notified by Nasdaq that it is not in compliance with the exchange's listing requirements because of the delay in the filing of its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended June 30.

The company said it has 60 calendar days to submit a plan to Nasdaq to regain compliance.

"The company continues to work diligently to complete the Form 20-F and plans to file the same as promptly as possible to regain compliance with the rule," Bit Origin said.

Bit Origin shares were down 8% in recent trading.
