John Wiley & Sons (WLY) said in a Wednesday filing that Aref Matin, its chief technology officer, will be leaving the company on Dec. 2.
The company said Andrew Weber, its senior vice president of operations, was named executive vice president of technology and operations effective Friday to head the newly combined technology and operations group.
Before joining John Wiley, Weber held several operations and technology positions, including serving as global chief operating officer at Macmillan Publishing.
