Qube Holdings (ASX:QUB) obtained a "BBB" investment grade credit rating from Fitch Ratings and S&P Global Ratings, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The rating has a stable outlook.
The company is considering a debt issue under its medium-term note program, with a maturity of seven to 10 years, as per the filing. It plans to be in talks with debt investors in Australia and Asia.
