Shares of Real Messenger Fall 89% on Nasdaq Debut

Shares of Real Messenger Corp., which debuted on the Nasdaq Wednesday, are trading lower with about an hour left in the day's regular session.

Real Messenger was taken public following a business combination deal between Real Messenger Holdings and special purpose acquisition company Nova Vision Acquisition. The real estate technology platform is headquartered in Costa Mesa, California.

The stock opened at $3.29, and traded as high as $5.25 earlier in the day.

The combined company's shares were trading 89% lower, at $3.90, in the afternoon session.
