Flex named Kevin Krumm as its next chief financial officer.

The manufacturing services company said Krumm will begin in the role starting Jan. 6, at which date Jamie Martinez will end his time as interim CFO.

Krumm most recently served as executive vice president and CFO of safety services provider APi Group since September 2021.

Krumm will receive an annual base salary of $832,000 and is eligible to take part in the company's annual incentive bonus plan, according to a securities filing.

Under a long-term incentive compensation program for fiscal 2026, Krumm will be granted an award composed of 50% performance-based restricted share units and 50% service-based restricted share units that have a value around $2.9 million. The units will vest in future years.

Flex ends its search for a permanent CFO after Paul Lundstrom left the company at the end of July to pursue another opportunity.
