BUZZ-Viatris falls after $1.9 mln fine by UK watchdog

** Shares of drugmaker Viatris Inc VTRS.O down 2.6% at $12.91 premarket

** Britain's Competition and Markets Authority $(CMA)$ fines VTRS 1.5 mln pounds ($1.88 mln) for breaching legally binding restrictions during its probe into Theramex's purchase of two Viatris product ranges

** CMA says VTRS made unapproved changes to key UK staff without the regulator's consent, and failed to report the breach

** VTRS did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment

** As of last close, stock has risen 22.4% YTD vs. 6.5% increase in the S&P 500 pharmaceuticals sub index .SPLRCCARD
