Shoucheng Holdings (HKG:0697) renewed its fund management service agreement with Beijing Shougang Fund for three years, starting Jan. 1, 2025, and ending Dec. 31, 2027.

The renewal comes ahead of the original contract's expiry on Dec. 31 and is subject to shareholder approval, a Friday bourse filing said.

Beijing Shougang Fund is a unit of Shougang Group, a substantial shareholder of Shoucheng Holdings.
