Goldlok Holdings Guangdong (SHE:002348) recorded a loan principal balance of 79.5 million with Agricultural Bank of China (SHA:601288, HKG:1288) as of Friday, according to a same-dated Shenzhen Stock Exchage filing.
The loan balance was estimated after the Chinese toy manufacturer applied for a three-year mortgage of up to 375.5 million yuan in April.
The newly built factory area on Chiwei Avenue, Puning City was used as mortgage, which is valid until April 16, 2027.
The company's shares fell more than 2% at the close.
