Toronto-Dominion Bank Names Michelle Myers Global Chief Auditor

Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) said Friday that Michelle Myers will become the global chief auditor on Dec. 9, succeeding Anita O'Dell, who is planning to retire.

O'Dell will remain in an advisory role until May 31, 2025. She joined the company in 2010 and has held various roles including global chief auditor and US chief auditor, the company said.

Myers has been with Toronto-Dominion since 2022, most recently as senior vice president, controller and chief accountant.

Keith Lam, the current deputy US chief auditor, will become the acting US chief auditor.
