Scentre Group (ASX:SCG) priced an offering of AU$1.25 billion of senior notes under its notes issuance program, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The notes are split into three: AU$300 million of floating-rate notes due 2029, AU$300 million of 5.2% notes due 2029, and AU$650 million of 5.9% notes due 2034, the filing said.
The shopping center operator will use the proceeds to repay existing indebtedness. Settlement of the notes is scheduled for Nov. 27.
The company's shares were up almost 1% in recent Thursday trade.
