Diebold Nixdorf (DBD) said Thursday that British retailer Marks & Spencer has renewed and increased the scope of its services contract with the company for four more years.
Financial details weren't disclosed.
The expanded scope aims to boost the productivity of Diebold Nixdorf field service engineers and Marks & Spencer colleagues to increase the availability of store IT and reduce calls placed to the helpdesk, Diebold Nixdorf said.
The company said it has provided Marks & Spencer with hardware services since 2019.
