Atturra (ASX:ATA), through its subsidiary Anatas, will acquire Chrome Consulting for an upfront consideration of AU$4 million in cash and AU$1 million in shares, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Post-completion, Atturra will pay up to AU$2.5 million if certain performance milestones are met, the filing said. The transaction is part of the company's plans to expand its presence in the OpenText enterprise content management market in Australia.
The deal is expected to close on or around Dec. 24, subject to meeting certain conditions.
