Wynn Resorts expects to open the first integrated gaming resort in the United Arab Emirates in the first quarter of 2027.

Construction is proceeding as planned and 55% of the structural concrete is now complete, Wynn said on Thursday. There are currently 9,100 construction team members and more than 100 concrete trucks in place on the site per day.

The Wynn Al Marjan Island is being developed in partnership with Marjan and RAK Hospitality. It will be the first integrated gaming resort in the Middle East North Africa region, the company said. It's located about 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport and will have about 194,000-square-feet of casino space.

Guests will have access to golf, shopping, a meeting and events center, and a theater. The resort will also feature a poolscape that will have multiple swimming and wading pools, along with tropical landscaping, the company said.
