Backblaze (BLZE) said Thursday it priced an underwritten public offering of about 6.3 million class A common shares at $5.60 per share.
The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 937,500 additional common shares.
The upsized offering is expected to close on Friday, subject to customary conditions.
