Sembcorp Industries (SGX:U96) bought back 630,000 shares in the open market on Wednesday for SG$3.3 million or SG$5.29756 apiece, according to a same day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The energy and industrial development company has been authorized to repurchase 35.7 million shares under its current mandate. To date it has bought 2.6 million shares.
