** Shares in Galderma GALD.S slip 3.7% after a bookrunner said on Wednesday shareholders were offering stake in the company via an accelerated bookbuilding process that could raise around 1.28 billion Swiss francs

** Orders below 80 Swiss francs risk missing, the bookrunner said, which would be a discount of 6.9% to Galderma's Wednesday close of 85.95 francs

** The size of the offering was increased to 16 mln shares from 14.3 mln, the bookrunner said

** Selling shareholders were EQT, the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Auba Investment Pte, the bookrunner added
