Shyft Group's CFO Jon Douyard Resigns

Shyft Group (SHYF) said Thursday that its chief financial officer, Jon Douyard, has resigned from his position to pursue another professional opportunity outside the industry.

Douyard will remain chief financial officer until Dec.31, 2024, to ensure a smooth transition.

The company said its board has launched a search for a new CFO, considering internal and external candidates, with the help of an independent executive search firm.
