Shyft Group on Thursday said Chief Financial Officer Jon Douyard had resigned to pursue another opportunity outside the industry.
The Novi, Mich., specialty vehicle manufacturer said that it had begun searching for a new CFO with the help of a leading executive search firm, considering both internal and external candidates. Douyard will serve as CFO until Dec. 31 to ensure a smooth transition.
Douyard has served as finance chief since 2020.
