Dream Finders Homes shares rose 10% after hours to $30.75 as the homebuilder was selected to join the S&P SmallCap 600.
S&P Dow Jones Indices said Dream Finders will join the index Nov. 25, replacing Haynes International. Alloy producer Haynes is being sold to North American Stainless.
Dream Finders said Oct. 31 that third-quarter revenue rose to $1.01 billion from $895.8 million.
