Shandong Oriental Ocean Sci-Tech's (SHE:002086) chief financial officer, Ji Tiezhen, resigned due to work adjustments, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Friday.
The Chinese seafood processor's chairman, Zhang Le, will temporarily perform the CFO duties until the board of directors elects Ji's successor, the filing said.
The company's shares slid less than 2% in recent trade.
