HMC Capital Launches Digital Infrastructure REIT; Shares Hit All-Time High

HMC Capital (ASX:HMC) launched an Australian Securities Exchange-listed Digital Infrastructure REIT DigiCo (ASX:DGT), with an enterprise value of AU$4.3 billion in data center assets in Australia and the US, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The fully underwritten initial public offering is expected to have a market capitalization of AU$2.75 billion, the filing said.

The company will own AU$500 million of DigiCo on completion, representing 18% of the total issued capital, resulting in a free-float market capitalization of nearly AU$2 billion, according to the filing.

HMC Capital's shares were marginally lower in recent Thursday trade but earlier hit an all-time high.
