Fox (FOX, FOXA) Entertainment and Walt Disney's (DIS) Hulu have signed a new content partnership agreement, multiple media reports said Thursday, citing the companies' separate statements confirming the deal.
The deal is worth over $1.5 billion including ad-load, Deadline reported, citing unnamed sources.
The new agreement is effective through 2029 and will cover in-season streaming rights for Fox's shows and an expanded multi-platform marketing deal, with the companies to share marketing costs, Deadline reported.
Hulu and Fox Entertainment did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comments.
