Nano Dimension Shareholders Advised by Proxy Firms to Support Board Changes, Vote Down CEO

Nano Dimension (NNDM) shareholder Murchinson said Tuesday that all three independent proxy advisory firms have recommended that shareholders support board changes at the annual meeting of shareholders on Dec. 6.

Institutional Shareholder Services, Glass, Lewis and Egan-Jones Ratings also recommended that shareholders vote against the election of CEO Yoav Stern to the board and reject his proposed compensation package, according to Murchinson.

Murchinson said it owns about 7.1% stake in Nano Dimension.

Shares of Nano Dimension were down 5% in recent trading.
