Bombardier delivered its first aircraft to the U.S. Army, which will be used for aerial intelligence missions.
The Canadian business jet manufacturer said Monday that it has delivered the Bombardier Global 6500 aircraft, which will support the army's High Accuracy Detection and Exploitation System, also known as HADES.
Bombardier said it will be used for U.S. Army intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance purposes.
