Seatrium (SGX:5E2) subsidiary, Seatrium Letourneau USA, entered into a memorandum of understanding with Cochin Shipyard for the design and supply of critical equipment of jack-up rigs in India, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The partnership will focus on capitalizing on opportunities for Mobile Offshore Drilling Units focused on the needs of the Indian market, the filing added.
