Tianli International Holdings (HKG:1773) reported a profit attributable to the owners of 576 million yuan for the fiscal year ended Aug. 31, compared with 337 million yuan a year earlier.
Earnings per share were 0.2723 yuan, up from 0.1605 yuan in the previous year, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Revenue surged 44.2% to 3.32 billion yuan from 2.30 billion yuan a year ago.
The education service operator declared a final dividend of 0.0408 yuan per share, up from 0.0234 yuan in the previous year.
