Daiwa House REIT Investment (TYO:8984) said its asset manager Daiwa House Asset Management is acquiring a residential property in Funabashi City, Chiba, Japan, for 2.73 billion yen with an anticipated acquisition date of Feb. 27, 2026.
The purchase agreement is planned for Nov. 26, with funds and seller details to be disclosed later, according to its filing on Monday.
The property will be developed in partnership with the Reit's sponsor, Daiwa House Industry, with Daiwa Living serving as the master lease and property management company, the filing said.
