Russia's Rusal says it will trim output by 250,000 tonnes MOSCOW, Nov 25 (Reuters) - Russian aluminium producer Rusal 0486.HK RUAL.MM said on Monday it would trim output by 250,000 tonnes as part of a production optimisation programme.
Rusal, one of the world's largest aluminium producers, said it had decided to cut aluminium production against the background of record-high alumina prices and elevated risks of a continued negative macroeconomic environment.
