WW International, better known as WeightWatchers, disclosed that the company and Chief Financial Officer Heather Stark have mutually agreed to part ways.

The diet company said Stark will exit the CFO role on Dec. 27. She will be succeeded by Felicia DellaFortuna, who will begin on Jan. 1.

DellaFortuna was most recently CFO of gaming media and entertainment company Enthusiast Gaming Holdings. She will receive a base salary of $500,000 a year from WW, as well as a sign-on cash bonus of $175,000.

This change in leadership at WW is the latest since the company parted ways with Chief Executive Sima Sistani. Tara Comonte, a former Shake Shack executive who had joined its board in June 2023, is serving as interim president and CEO until the company identifies a permanent replacement.
